Avicenna Surgical acknowledges the post-Brexit legislation changes affecting the CE mark. We are aware that from 2023, CE marking will no longer be recognised in the United Kingdom, and as such, we acted quickly and are securing Legal Manufacturer status and UKCA marking for our products.

We have formed close alliances with our suppliers of both product and services, and operate under the stringent management of our Approved Body SGS.

As a result, we accept legal responsibility for all manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance affecting our expanding portfolio, to ensure an uninterrupted supply of quality products to our valued customers under the new legislation.
