The neutral electrode connection is continuously monitored, if a split neutral plate is used, the device will monitor the contact between the patient and the electrode. The ability to switch functions and to adjust the supplied power from the handpiece allows the execution of interventions without drawing attention away from the procedure.

The large 9 “ capacitive touchscreen gives rise to a sleek flat front design and ensures faster and more efficient cleaning and sanitization in the operating room.

SURTRON TOUCH HP has several monopolar cutting modes. In addition to the standard PURE function, there is a cut for high impedance called ENHANCED. A modular cut to avoid escaping and having a better result in wet conditions called BLEND.

Monopolar coagulation modality allows superficial coagulation (FORCED) or deep coagulation called SOFT, generated by the low voltage emitted. The FULGURATION and SPRAY functions allow for fast coagulation without contact due to the high voltage supplied.

The new DUO mode also allows for superficial coagulation with two handles at the same time. In the bipolar section, the standard BIPOLAR and SEALING function clamps vessels in a fast and safe way up to 7 mm.

The new DUO function allows for the use of a standard cut with two handpieces simultaneously.
In the bipolar section in addition to the PURE standard cut, the device offers cutting function without escaping under saline TUR solution.

Essential unit for evacuating smoke produced during surgical procedures

PURIFY
The smokes generated during surgical procedures have a notoriously undesirable and lasting smell, which can affect the concentration of a surgical team. These smokes consist of water vapour, organic gas, visible or invisible solid particles and viral parts which can be harmful to those inhaling them. The SURTRON EVAC provides aspiration and filtration to a procedure, eliminating distracting smells, reducing the bacteriologist and/or viral risks, and solves the issue of impeded vision of the area of intervention during laparoscopic procedures.

VERSATILE
SURTRON EVAC can be set to automatically evacuate when the system detects smoke. Manual operation is also available through the use of a foot pedal, giving the surgeon full control when required.
The flux of the aspiration can be regulated to suit the users needs.
For laparoscopic procedures there is a selectable function specific to the practice.

The SURTRON EVAC features compatibility with two types of filter to suit the usage needs of the surgeon. These filters are specifically designed to be substituted quickly to provide as little disruption to the surgery as possible. The status of the filters are monitored by the system and indicated by the reading on the face of the unit.

FILTER BLUE Each SURTRON EVAC is fitted with the standard BLUE filter.
FILTER RED The RED filter is an optional spare, purposefully built for extended life and long term usage.
