Our national distribution centre is strategically based in Redditch, Worcestershire giving easy access to all main arterial motorway networks (M42, M5, M6 & M1) facilitating distribution to all parts of the United Kingdom via both our own fleet and approved external couriers. Working closely with our customers and manufacturers we ensure that we hold a minimum of three to six months finished stock at our warehouse for all our contracted customers, giving end users continuity of supply even if their demand should increase. In the case of products that we proudly manufacture in the UK we hold six to twelve months raw materials to ensure that we can ramp up production to suit customers requirements, indeed throughout the Covid-19 outbreak we were able to maintain 99.6% on time deliveries despite dramatically increased demand for our products.

We have also commissioned the installation of a Class 7 medical clean room at our Redditch facility which will be validated and operational in Q1 of 2022, giving us the flexibility to package sterile products in house. This will ensure that we can hold even larger stocks of product in the UK, packing and sterilising products to customer demand as well as creating further jobs, whilst also giving us increased in house control over QC and regulatory affairs.
